§ 2-742. Board of zoning adjustment.

The board of zoning adjustment as created by existing ordinances shall continue to exist and be known as the board of zoning adjustment. The board of zoning adjustment shall have the powers and perform the duties provided by the Charter and ordinances and by the laws of the state.
