§ 2-8. Use of city property on behalf of candidate or proposition to be voted upon at election.

It shall be unlawful to use any city property on behalf of any candidate or any proposition to be voted upon at any election. Any employee in the classified service who shall use or permit the use of city property in violation of this section shall be subject to dismissal.
