§ 2-7. Consistency with federal and state law.

Any provision of this chapter shall not be applicable to those instances wherein its application would be prohibited by federal or state law or where such application would violate or be inconsistent with the terms or conditions of a grant from or contract with an agency of the United States or the state or the written instruction of any authorized representative of any such agency with respect to any such grant or contract. Provisions not in conflict shall remain in full force and effect.
