§ 24-32. Investigation of applicant; recommendation of traffic director.

The commissioner of revenue shall transmit all applications for licenses to operate a driver training school to the director of traffic for examination and investigation. If the director of traffic determines that an applicant has not complied with the provisions of this chapter, he may recommend that a license not be issued to such applicant. No license shall be issued by the commissioner of revenue except upon the recommendation of the director of traffic.
