§ 1-24. Same—Forms; duties of other officers.

The city counselor shall prepare blank forms for use in reporting accidents covered by section 1-23. He may request the assistance of the city engineer in the preparation of maps and other data, and the assistance of the director of health in obtaining reports upon any person involved in such accident, and it shall be the duty of such officials to render such assistance.
