§ 16-66. Fee.

Latest version.

A fee of $25.00 shall be paid to the commissioner of revenue upon the filing of an application for an original license under this division or a renewal thereof. If any such application is disapproved, such payment shall be forfeited and the fee deposited with the city treasurer to defray the cost of investigating the application.
