§ 12-254. Investigation of applicant for permit.

The director of neighborhoods and housing services or designee may, in his discretion, make such further investigation and conduct such hearings as he deems necessary or desirable to determine whether the applicant for a permit under this article is entitled to receive such permit under the provisions of this article.
