An applicant for a permit under this article shall supply evidence that he has met
the requirements enumerated in section 12-252, and such additional pertinent information as may be required by the director of
neighborhoods and housing services or designee. Application for such permit shall
be accompanied by a certificate from the director of city planning and development,
stating that such premises meets zoning requirements and that racetracks or structures
upon such premises comply with the building code, a certificate from the director
of health stating that such structures comply with the regulations of the health department
of the city, and a copy of the rules certified to by the applicant which will govern
the operation of the races under the permit, and which rules the applicant undertakes
to enforce.
