§ 88-530-05. APPEALS OF SITE PLAN DECISIONS

88-530-05-A. Appeals of the city planning and development director's decision on a site plan application may be taken to the city plan commission by filing a notice of appeal with the city planning and development director. Appeals must be filed within 15 calendar days of the date of the city planning and development director's decision.

88-530-05-B. The city plan commission's decision may be appealed to the board of zoning adjustment by filing a notice of appeal with the city planning and development director. Appeals must be filed within 15 calendar days of the city plan commission decision.
