General plan submittal and review provisions apply to submittal of development plans
per 88-517, project plans per 88-518, and site plans per 88-530. Plan review and approval is intended to ensure compliance with the standards of
this zoning and development code, minimize land use conflicts, and encourage the compatible
arrangement of buildings, off-street parking, lighting, landscaping, stormwater facilities,
vehicle and pedestrian access routes, and other site features in a manner that will
promote public safety and general welfare.
