§ 78-14.1. Suit additional to other remedies.

(a)

In addition to any and all remedies provided in the Charter and this chapter, the city shall have the power to enforce the collection of unpaid water, sanitary sewer and stormwater charges, with all interest, costs and penalties thereon, by suit brought in the name of the city in any court of competent jurisdiction.

(b)

Ten percent of the amount of the judgment shall be added as attorney's fees in every proceeding for the collection of delinquent charges under this chapter, to be added and collected in the same manner as other costs in the case.
