§ 76-234. Signs on vehicles.

  • The name of the livery company may be permanently affixed or painted on the exterior of livery vehicles in letters not exceeding two inches in height. No other legend or wording shall be affixed to or painted on such vehicles, except for license plates and stickers. Any other sign or emblem to be placed or affixed on a livery vehicle must be approved by the director prior to use. Once a sign or emblem has been approved, it shall be used on all vehicles at all times while any vehicle is being used to provide transportation services. Each livery vehicle and sightseeing vehicle must provide information on how to contact the city to make a complaint.
