§ 76-197. Dispatch records.

(a)

Required; contents. Every taxicab vehicle permit holder shall maintain dispatch records which shall include all dispatched trips made each day, showing the time and place of origin and the start time of each trip.

(b)

Preservation; examination by enforcement officers. Every holder of a taxicab vehicle permit shall retain and preserve the dispatch records in a safe place for at least the calendar year next succeeding the current calendar year, and the trip sheets shall be available to the director or to his agents and to the police department at all times.
