§ 76-101. Required.

No person shall operate a taxicab, livery vehicle, sightseeing vehicle, or pedicab upon the streets of the city, and, no person who owns or controls such vehicle shall give permission for it to be so driven, and, no vehicle authorized by the city under this article shall be so driven at any time for hire unless the permit holder and driver of the vehicle have met all the provisions of this code.
