§ 74-70. Creation as a separate public body.

There is hereby established the Land Bank of Kansas City, Missouri ("land bank agency") pursuant to the RSMo §§ 141.210 to 141.810 and §§ 141.980 to 141.1015 ("Land Tax Collection Law"). The land bank agency created pursuant to this article shall be a public body corporate and politic, and shall have permanent and perpetual duration until terminated and dissolved in accordance with the provisions of RSMo § 141.1012, and as set forth in section 74-89.
