§ 70-858. Driving while wearing earplugs or headset.

(a)

A person shall not drive a vehicle or bicycle with earplugs in both ears or while wearing a headset covering both ears.

(b)

This section shall not apply to any person using a prosthetic device which aids the hard-of-hearing.
