§ 70-591. Parking meter zones.

The director is hereby authorized to establish parking meter zones upon those streets or parts of streets and in city-owned or city-operated off-street parking facilities, where it is determined on the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that the installation of parking meters will be necessary to regulate parking. Within such zones the parking of vehicles shall be regulated by parking meters on the days and between the hours specified by the director.
