§ 70-421. Authority to sign one-way streets and alleys.

  • Whenever the director or the state highways and transportation commission makes regulations designating any one-way street or alley, signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited. A listing of streets and alleys or portions of streets and alleys so designated for one-way traffic shall be maintained in the offices of the director of records and the director of the public works department.
