§ 70-364. Minimum speed.

(a)

No person shall drive a motor vehicle at such a slow speed as to impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic, except when reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law.

(b)

When appropriate signs are erected, no person shall operate a motor vehicle on any controlled access street or highway at a speed less than 40 miles per hour, except when reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or compliance with law.
