§ 70-362. Maximum limits established.

  • Except when a special hazard exists that requires lower speed for compliance with section 70-361, the limits specified in this section or established as authorized in this section shall be maximum lawful speeds, and no person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of such maximum limits:

    (1)

    Twenty-five miles per hour on all streets except those which have been designated as through streets.

    (2)

    Thirty-five miles per hour on all through streets.

    The maximum speed limits set forth in this section may be altered as authorized in section 70-363.
