§ 6-81. Abandonment of nonconforming structure or use; dangerous structures.

Whenever the director of codes administration determines that a nonconforming height, condition or effect or use has been abandoned, or that such structure, as defined in this article, is a dangerous building or structure as defined by the building code, he shall take such necessary action as prescribed by the building code.
