Any person violating any of the provisions of this article or neglecting or refusing
to comply this article shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation, and upon
conviction thereof shall be punished as provided for violations of this Code; provided,
however, that such person may, for such violation, be removed or rejected forthwith
from use of the airport, by or under the authority of the director of aviation, for
a period not to exceed five days or until a trial before a court of competent jurisdiction
is had, and whichever period shall be of the shortest duration shall control.
