§ 6-43. Piloting, riding in or working on aircraft while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.

  • No person shall work on or pilot an aircraft or serve as a member of its crew while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, nor shall such person use any drug which affects his faculties contrary to safety. A pilot shall not permit any person to be carried in his aircraft who is obviously under the influence of intoxicating liquors or drugs, except a medical patient under proper care or in case of emergency.
