§ 6-42. Tampering with aircraft or airport facilities.

No person shall interfere with, enter or tamper with any aircraft without the permission of the owner, nor shall any person interfere with, enter upon or into, or tamper with any installation, facilities, building, light or other aid to navigation used for the purpose of aviation, within the city limits or upon any airport owned, operated, leased or under the control of the city.
