§ 68-512. Incentive payment authorized; amount; eligibility.

Any employer shall be eligible upon proper application to receive an incentive payment equal to $500.00 for each qualified handicapped person employed continuously for at least 32 hours weekly for at least 12 consecutive weeks, and hired after October 1, 1985. Only one incentive payment for each qualified handicapped person shall be allowable to one employer.
