§ 68-573. Appeals.

Final decisions of the commissioner under this article may be appealed within 30 days after receiving notice of such decision by filing with the director of finance a written notice of appeal setting forth the grounds therefor. An appeal to the director of finance stays all enforcement of the determination from which the appeal is being taken. Final decisions of the director of finance may be appealed as provided in RSMo ch. 536.
