§ 67-5. License required.

(a)

Required. After September 30, 2003, no surety recovery agent shall apprehend any fugitive without holding a license issued under this code.

(b)

Nonresident surety recovery agent. After September 30, 2003, a surety recovery agent operating from an office not located in the city, who is not licensed by the city as a surety recovery agent must be associated with, and accompanied by, a licensed surety recovery agent before apprehending any person within the city.
