§ 67-24. Fees.

(a)

The following fees will be assessed by the director:

(1)	Surety recovery agent application fee	$60.00, plus fees for additional background checks to other jurisdictions as determined by the director
(2)	Provisional surety recovery agent application fee	$35.00, plus fees for additional background checks to other jurisdictions as determined by the director
(3)	License renewal fee	$50.00, plus fees for additional background checks to other jurisdictions as determined by the director
(4)	Appeal to the director	$50.00
(5)	Annual photo identification card	$50.00
(6)	Replacement photo identification card fee	$10.00, within 30 days of issuance; after 30 days, applicant must reapply and pay the fees noted above

 

(b)

Annual fee increases. The director is authorized to increase fees established by this code annually, effective on May 1, by a percentage amount not to exceed the consumer price index (all items/all urban consumers/Kansas City, Missouri-Kansas) published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.
