§ 67-18. Suspension, revocation or refusal to renew license.

Authority to suspend, revoke or not renew a license. The director will suspend, revoke or refuse to renew any license issued under this code for any of the following causes:
(a)

Any cause for which issuance of the license could have been refused had it then existed and been known to the director.

(b)

Material misstatement, misrepresentation, or fraud in obtaining the license.

(c)

Failure to maintain required insurance.

(d)

Failure to engage in required continuing education.

(e)

Failure to report the required continuing education.

(f)

Violation of any provision of this code.
