§ 64-375. Authority to prescribe additional rules and regulations.

The commissioner of buildings and inspections shall be authorized to make additional rules and regulations for the installation and maintenance of privately owned transformers on public property, for the safety and convenience of the public and in harmony with the provisions in this article. Such regulations, when made, shall be printed and filed in the office of the director of records and in his own office for the convenience of the public.
