§ 64-373. Issuance or denial of permit.

If after examination of the application provided for in section 64-372, the commissioner of buildings and inspections shall find that all ordinances and regulations pertaining thereto have been or will be complied with, he shall issue the permit forthwith and collect the fee therefor. If he shall find otherwise, he shall so notify the owner in writing, stating clearly his reasons therefor.
