§ 64-288. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person constructing or maintaining a commercial driveway in violation of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1.00 and not more than $500.00. Each day a commercial driveway is operated in violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
