§ 64-287. Relocation, enlargement or expansion of existing driveways.

Existing commercial driveways shall not be relocated, enlarged or expanded without a permit approving the relocating, enlarging or expanding of such driveways, and such driveways shall be subject to the limitations provided in section 64-285.
