§ 64-286. Appeal from denial of permit.

  • An appeal from the refusal of the director of public works to issue the permit required by section 64-282 may be had to the city manager by written application filed within ten days from the date of refusal. The city manager shall have the power to hear and decide appeals, and, if he finds that the physical situation is such as to make compliance with section 64-285 impossible or impracticable, he may so find and authorize the issuance of a permit therefor, and the driveway constructed pursuant thereto shall be deemed in compliance with any other requirement pertaining to driveways for parking stations.
