§ 64-331. Removing lamppost.

No person shall take up, remove or in any way disturb any lamppost without first having obtained a permit in writing from the director of public works. Every person taking up, removing or in any way disturbing any lamppost as provided in this section shall replace the lamppost in as good a condition as found.
