§ 64-114. Permit for excavation in parks, parkways, and boulevards.

No person shall make or cause to be made any excavation in any property, right-of-way or easements owned by the city under the control and supervision of the board of parks and recreation commissioners, unless the person complies with the requirements contained in this article and in addition applies for and obtains a permit for the excavation from the board of parks and recreation commissioners.
