§ 64-73. Improvement of intersections required under contracts for work on streets.

When any ordinance shall provide for doing any public work mentioned in this chapter on any particular street or avenue, such ordinance, and any contract made in pursuance thereof, shall be construed to require all such work to be done, as part of the contract, as may be needed at the intersection of the street or avenue to be improved with other streets, avenues or alleys, back to a line with the front of the lots on the street or avenue to be improved.
