§ 64-5. Construction of curbing or sidewalk, planting trees or laying sewer on private streets.
Latest version.
No curbing, sidewalks, pavement or other improvement shall be constructed, or trees
planted, on any private street or way in common use by persons other than the owner
and his licensees, and no sewer shall be built unless such improvement is constructed
according to plans and specifications approved by the city plan commission and the
director of public works at the time such improvement is constructed or made under
the supervision and inspection of the city.
