§ 64-13. Prohibited deposits and activities on flood protection works.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit on any lands held, occupied and used
by the city for levees, dikes, drains, floodwalls and other flood protective works,
any litter as defined in section 62-81, or to place or store any goods, wares, merchandise or any other material on any
such lands, or to plow or otherwise cultivate the top and sides of any earthen levee
on any such lands, or to permit any agent, employee or any other person within his
control, including agents and employees of any corporation of which such person is
an officer, so to deposit, place or store on any such lands, or so to plow or otherwise
cultivate any such lands. The word "person," as used in this section, shall include
a corporation.
