§ 64-12. Throwing objects from buildings.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or drop from any building or structure within the limits of the city upon or into any street, sidewalk, alley or other thoroughfare, any water in paper sacks or otherwise, paper, cigars, cigarettes or butts thereof, or any article likely, when striking a person, to cause physical injury or death to such person; provided, however, that confetti or shredded paper shall not be prohibited from being thrown from such building during periods of general public celebration.
