§ 64-1. Applicability of chapter to property under jurisdiction of board of parks and recreation commissioners.

This chapter shall apply with equal force and effect to cuts or excavations in, to or under the right-of-way of any boulevard, parkway or other property under the jurisdiction of the board of parks and recreation commissioners. In such instances, all references in this chapter to the director of public works shall be construed to mean the director of parks or his authorized designee. All references in this chapter to the general fund shall be construed to mean the appropriate park fund as determined by the location of the cut or excavation.
