§ 62-155. Removal of improperly disposed of batteries.

Any person who owns, occupies or has care, custody or control of any property where lead-acid batteries have been stored or disposed of in a manner not in compliance with the requirements of this article shall, not later than July 1, 1991, remove such improperly stored or disposed of batteries and properly dispose of them as provided in this article.
