§ 60-351. Jurisdiction.

(a)

This article shall be applicable to all properties with connections to the public sewer system including public, district, joint district and private sewers as defined in section 60-21.

(b)

The director is hereby authorized to make rules and regulations for the implementation, operation, administration and enforcement of this article. All rules and regulations issued pursuant to this section shall be in writing and made available upon request.
