§ 60-142. Application signatories and certification.

(a)

All wastewater discharge permit applications must contain the certification statement as described in section 60-160 and be signed by the authorized representative of the industrial user.

(b)

All wastewater discharge permit applications must contain the appropriately signed and certified "designation of authorized representative" form.
