§ 60-77. Bond for septic waste receptacle cleaners; issuance of business license.

(a)

Any person engaged in the business of septic waste receptacle cleaning shall enter into a bond to the city in the sum of $1,000.00 to ensure a faithful compliance with the ordinances of the city. Such bond shall be approved by the director of finance.

(b)

The commissioner of revenue shall not issue any license to anyone engaged in the cleaning of septic waste receptacles unless he shall show to the commissioner of revenue a certificate from the director of health, certifying that such applicant has complied with all the provisions of this article.
