§ 60-8. Prohibited deposits.

No person shall deposit or throw, or cause to be thrown or deposited, into any sewer, sewer inlet or manhole, any animal or vegetable substance or any hay, straw, ashes, cinders, sticks, shavings, trash, soot, oyster shells, cans, rubbish, broken ware, rags, pieces of iron or other metal or old wearing apparel, or any other article or thing whatsoever that may obstruct the free flow of water therein.
