§ 58-33. Moving trains over crossings requiring lights.

  • No conductor, firefighter, brakeman, engineer or other person shall, from sunset to sunrise of any day, move, assist in moving or cause or allow to be moved, any locomotive, tender, car or train of cars over, upon or across any street at the crossing of which, under the provisions of any ordinance or resolution of the council, any light is required to be kept, unless there shall at the time be in operation at such crossings such lights as may be required by resolution or ordinance.
