§ 56-499. Extension of time for registration.

If the owner or other person required to file a registration statement under this article is unable to comply with the registration or filing requirements within the applicable time period specified in this article, the director may, upon the showing of good cause, extend the registration or filing period and waive the penalties for failure to register or file within the specified time period.
