§ 56-493. Time of filing.

The registration statement required by section 56-491 shall be filed by each and every owner:

(1)

For any building or structure owned as of June 20, 1983;

(2)

Within ten days after an owner, who is an individual, moves outside the city's corporate limits;

(3)

Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy required by chapter 18, or by this code; and

(4)

Within such time as provided in section 56-495 in the case of a change of ownership.
