§ 56-462. Temporary signs.

Latest version.

Except for "for rent" and "for sale" signs, any temporary sign or advertising material glued or otherwise attached to a window or otherwise exposed to public view shall be removed at the expiration of the event or sale for which it is erected, or within 60 days after erection, whichever shall occur first.
